All prices are F.O.B. (Free On Board) from our warehouse. This means ownership of the products transfers to you, the buyer, at the moment they leave our facility The buyer is responsible for all freight charges and must report any shipping damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery with noted exceptions on the bill of lading.

For returns and refunds, unopened, factory-sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee (waived for defective items).
